Rockets outlast Mavericks in OT

Kyle Lowry dropped 26 points and dished out 10 assists to lead the Houston Rockets in a 116-108 overtime win over the Dallas Mavericks Friday night.

Houston won the game as 5.5-point underdogs, while the 224 points sailed OVER the posted total of 199.

Aaron Brooks added 25 points for the Rockets, while Luis Scola had a double-double with 19 points and 10 rebounds.

Jose Juan Barea had 23 points for the Mavericks, while Jason Kidd had nine points with 11 rebounds and 10 assists in the loss.
