Memphis covered as an 8-point road underdog while the final score played OVER the 228-point total.
The Grizzlies were led by O.J. Mayo's 25 points and Sam Young's 22 points off the bench.
The Suns got 29 points from Amare Stoudemire while Steve Nash added 19 points.
