Pistons down Hornets in OT

Richard Hamilton poured in a game-high 32 points to help the Detroit Pistons defeat the New Orleans Hornets 110-104 in overtime Friday night.

Detroit won the game as 2.5-point underdogs, and the 214 points sailed OVER the posted total of 190.5.

Ben Wallace finished with 13 points and 21 rebounds for a double-double for the Pistons.

Chris Paul had 24 points and dished out 14 assists, while David West added 25 points in the win.
