Gamecocks lose QB but win game

Blake Mitchell completed 11-of-15 passes for 176 yards and two touchdowns to lead the South Carolina Gamecocks to a 45-20 win over the Troy State Trojans on Saturday.

The Gamecocks won this game as 20-point favorites at home and made good on covering the spread. The game’s combined score went OVER the posted total (44.5).
