San Antonio covered the 5-point spread, while the 201 points made it OVER the posted total of 200.
George Hill finished with 18 points for the Spurs, and Manu Ginobili collected 14 points in the win.
O.J. Mayo shot 12-for-19 from the field with 28 points in a losing effort for the Grizzlies.
