Ray Allen poured in a game-high 26 points to help the Boston Celtics defeat the New Jersey Nets 96-87 Friday night.
The Celtics failed to cover the 12.5-point spread, while the 183 points went UNDER the posted total of 190.
Rajon Rondo added 17 points and dished out 11 assists for the Celtics. Brook Lopez netted 19 points with six rebounds for the Nets.
