Kevin Love poured in 17 points with 11 rebounds for a double-double in leading the Timberwolves. Jonny Flynn added 19 points and dished out seven assists in the win.
Dirk Nowitzki collected 21 points for the Mavericks, and Jason Terry had 20 in a losing effort.
