TCU cruised to victory on Saturday, as they ran up a 48-6 score against UNLV in Week 9 action at Sam Boyd Stadium.
The Horned Frogs were a 34-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score dipped UNDER the total, which closed at 57.5.
Andy Dalton completed 16 of 23 pass attempts for 252 yards for the Horned Frogs in the win. He did not throw an interception in the game.
Tim Cornett rushed for 26 yards for UNLV, while Deante Purvis added 24 yards. Omar Clayton threw for 128 yards for the Rebels, while receivers Michael Johnson and Phillip Payne had 67 and 27 yards respectively.
TCU outgained UNLV 530-197 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 30-12 by the Horned Frogs.
The time of possession battle favored TCU as their offense was on the field for 32:49, longer than the 27:11 of their opponents.
TCU heads into a Week 10 battle against Utah. UNLV, meanwhile, will have their next action against BYU.
