LeBron James poured in 40 points and grabbed 13 rebounds for a double-double Friday, as the Cleveland Cavaliers defeated the Detroit Pistons 99-92.
Cleveland failed to cover the 12.5-point spread, while the 191 points went UNDER the posted total of 202.5.
Antawn Jamison tossed in 17 points with four rebounds for the Cavaliers. Tayshaun Prince had 23 points for the Pistons, and Richard Hamilton added 20 in the loss.
