Memphis covered the 3.5-point spread, while the 203 points went UNDER the posted total of 205.5.
O.J. Mayo led the way with a game-high 27 points, and Rudy Gay added 20 in the win.
Marcus Thornton had 19 points for the Hornets, and Chris Paul netted 16 in the loss.
