Manu Ginobili went for a game-high 43 points as the San Antonio Spurs came back to defeat the Orlando Magic 112-100 Friday night.
San Antonio covered the 3-point spread, and the 212 points sailed OVER the posted total of 193.
Tim Duncan finished with 23 points and eight rebounds for the Spurs, while Matt Bonner added 15 in the win.
Rashard Lewis and Mickael Pietrus had 18 points apiece for the Magic.
