Louisville gets above .500 with road win
The Louisville Cardinals were able to improve their record to 3-2 on the season with a 29-10 win over the North Carolina State Wolfpack (1-4) on Saturday afternoon.
The Cardinals were able to cover the 9-point spread but the game went UNDER the posted 69.5-point total.
Louisville QB Brian Brohm went 20-for-35 for 249 yards in the air, and had one touchdown and one interception. Anthony Allen had 111 yards rushing and Brock Bolen added 86 of his own. The two combined for two touchdowns.
N.C. State QB Harrison Beck went 17-for-29 for 193 yards and two interceptions in the loss until he was replaced by Daniel Evans. Andre Brown ran for 93 yards on 16 carries but had two fumbles.
