Golden State got 32 points from Dorell Wright in a losing cause and another 14 points from David Lee. Stephen Curry contributed 12 assists for the Warriors, while Dorell Wright had 11 rebounds.
Atlanta led at halftime, 52-47.
Atlanta won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 44-43.
Atlanta looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Thunder. The Warriors will aim to get back on the winning track at Charlotte.
