Utah got 17 points from Gordon Hayward and another 16 points from Deron Williams. Deron Williams contributed 7 assists, while Al Jefferson cleaned the glass with 10 rebounds.
The Clippers got a 30-point performance from Blake Griffin, who was supported by 19 points from Eric Gordon. Baron Davis had 9 assists in a losing cause for Los Angeles, while Blake Griffin grabbed 12 rebounds.
The Jazz hit the break trailing 57-51 before taking care of business in the second half.
Utah won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 42-34.
Next game, Utah takes its act on the road to face Portland looking for another win. For Los Angeles, they head home to face Atlanta.
