Steve Nash had 20 points for Phoenix and Vince Carter chipped in with 19 points. Steve Nash had 17 assists for the Suns, while Channing Frye was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 12 boards.
Cleveland got 27 points from Manny Harris in a losing cause and another 23 points from Antawn Jamison. Mo Williams contributed 12 assists for the Cavaliers, while J.J. Hickson had 17 rebounds.
Phoenix trailed at halftime, 52-51.
The rebound battle favored Phoenix as they grabbed 52 boards, while Cleveland only had 49.
