Cleveland was run off the court by the Nuggets on Saturday as Denver blasted the Cavaliers 127-99 at Pepsi Center.
The Nuggets were a 17-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score went OVER the total, which closed at 213.5.
Denver got 22 points from Nene Hilario and another 21 points from Chauncey Billups. Chauncey Billups contributed 8 assists, while Shelden Williams cleaned the glass with 11 rebounds.
The Cavaliers got a 21-point performance from Ramon Sessions, who was supported by 17 points from Antawn Jamison. Ramon Sessions had 9 assists in a losing cause for Cleveland, while J.J. Hickson grabbed 9 rebounds.
The Nuggets hit the break leading 80-49 before taking care of business in the second half.
Denver won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 49-47.
Next game, Denver takes its act on the road to face San Antonio looking for another win. For Cleveland, they head home to face Phoenix.
