The Wizards got a 25-point performance from Nick Young as Washington ran past Utah 108-101 on Monday at Verizon Center.
Washington was the ATS victor, as they covered the 5-point spread as an underdog. Over-Under bettors who played OVER the total of 197.5 were rewarded at the payout window.
Washington got 21 points from Andray Blatche and another 19 points from John Wall. John Wall contributed 15 assists, while JaVale McGee cleaned the glass with 11 rebounds.
Utah got 28 points from Deron Williams in a losing cause and another 25 points from Al Jefferson. Deron Williams contributed 11 assists for the Jazz, while Al Jefferson had 10 rebounds.
The Wizards hit the break leading 42-39 before taking care of business in the second half.
Washington won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 44-33.
Next game, Washington takes its act on the road to face Milwaukee looking for another win. For Utah, they head on the road to face New Jersey.
