Suns vs Hornets Final: 104-102 - Recap

Marcin Gortat scored 25 points and chipped in with 11 rebounds for Phoenix on Sunday, leading the Suns to a 104-102 victory over New Orleans at US Airways Center.

Phoenix got 16 points from Grant Hill and another 12 points from Vince Carter. Steve Nash contributed 15 assists, while Marcin Gortat cleaned the glass with 11 rebounds.

The Hornets got a 26-point performance from Chris Paul, who was supported by 17 points from David West. Chris Paul had 12 assists in a losing cause for New Orleans, while Marcus Thornton grabbed 10 rebounds.

The rebound battle favored New Orleans as they grabbed 47 boards, while Phoenix only had 43.

Phoenix looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Bucks. The Hornets will aim to get back on the winning track vs Washington.
