The Trail Blazers were a 5.5-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score went OVER the total, which closed at 195.5.
Portland got 21 points from Nicolas Batum and another 20 points from LaMarcus Aldridge. Andre Miller contributed 13 assists, while LaMarcus Aldridge cleaned the glass with 10 rebounds.
The Cavaliers got a 17-point performance from Antawn Jamison, who was supported by 15 points from Ramon Sessions. Daniel Gibson had 9 assists in a losing cause for Cleveland, while Christian Eyenga grabbed 6 rebounds.
Portland trailed at halftime, 57-55.
Portland won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 35-30.
Portland heads into a battle against the Bulls. Cleveland, meanwhile, will have their next action against Dallas.
