Antawn Jamison went off for 35 points and added 9 rebounds leading Cleveland to a 126-119 win over Los Angeles on Friday at Quicken Loans Arena.
The Cavaliers were a 4.5-point underdog in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score went OVER the total, which closed at 206.5.
J.J. Hickson had 27 points for Cleveland and Mo Williams chipped in with 17 points. Mo Williams had 14 assists for the Cavaliers, while J.J. Hickson was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 14 boards.
Los Angeles got 32 points from Blake Griffin in a losing cause and another 26 points from Baron Davis. Baron Davis contributed 7 assists for the Clippers, while Blake Griffin had 13 rebounds.
Cleveland trailed at halftime, 53-52.
Los Angeles won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 45-43.
Cleveland looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Wizards. The Clippers will aim to get back on the winning track at Toronto.
