Huskies' aerial game rears head

Phil Horvath and Dan Nicholson combined to go 27-for-42 for 377 yards, four touchdowns, and one interception as Northern Illinois handed Temple a 43-21 loss at Huskie Stadium on Saturday.

The Huskies could not cover the 31.5-point spread at home, but the 64 points scored were OVER the posted toal of 55.

NCAA rushing leader Garrett Wolfe had his second straight tough game, running for 45 yards on 17 carries. Britt Davis had six catches for 92 yards and a major for the Huskies.

Adam DiMichele had a big game for Temple, going 20-for-29 for 322 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception, while Travis Shelton caught seven balls for 204 yards and two majors for the Owls.
