Wolfe sets school record in Huskies win
Garrett Wolfe set the career rushing record with a 203-yard, three-touchdown performance to lead the Northern Illinois Huskies to a 31-10 win over the Central Michigan Chippewas at Huskie Stadium on Friday.
The Huksies were 4-point underdogs at home, and the 41 points scored were UNDER the posted total of 48.
Dan Nicholson was 11-for-18 for 116 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. Jarret Carter had four catches for 39 yards for the Huskies.
Dan LeFevour was inconsistent, going 25-for-42 for 217 yards, one touchdown, and two interceptions, while running ten times for 88 yards. Bryan Anderson had eight receptions for 82 yards for the Chippewas.
