Golden State got 17 points from David Lee in a losing cause and another 16 points from Monta Ellis. Monta Ellis contributed 4 assists for the Warriors, while David Lee had 10 rebounds.
First-half bettors who backed New Jersey were victorious, as the score was 51-49 at the break.
New Jersey won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 48-41.
Next game, New Jersey takes its act home to face Los Angeles looking for another win. For Golden State, they head home to face Orlando.
