Recap - RedHawks Defeat Buffalo 41-13
Zac Dysert was good for 313 yards through the air on Saturday as the RedHawks got past the Bulls by a score of 41-13 at Fred C Yager Stadium.
The RedHawks were a 5-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score went OVER the total, which closed at 48.5.
Tyrone Jones rushed for 58 yards, while Zac Dysert added 39 yards in the win. Dawan Scott and Andy Cruse added 141 and 49 receiving yards respectively.
Branden Oliver rushed for 47 yards for Buffalo, while Fred Lee added 18 yards. Chazz Anderson threw for 281 yards for the Bulls, while receivers Alex Neutz and Marcus Rivers had 110 and 69 yards respectively.
Miami (Ohio) outgained Buffalo 441-358 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 21-19 by the Bulls.
The time of possession battle favored Buffalo as their offense was on the field for 32:25, longer than the 27:35 of their opponents.
Next game, Miami (Ohio) takes its act home to face Akron looking for another win. For Buffalo, they head on the road to face Eastern Michigan.
