Boston got 16 points from E'Twaun Moore and another 12 points from Mickael Pietrus. Paul Pierce contributed 10 assists, while Kevin Garnett cleaned the glass with 10 rebounds.
Orlando got 16 points from Dwight Howard in a losing cause and another 13 points from Jason Richardson. Hedo Turkoglu contributed 7 assists for the Magic, while Dwight Howard had 16 rebounds.
First-half bettors who backed Orlando were victorious, as the score was 58-37 at the break.
Orlando won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 46-37.
Boston looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Pacers. The Magic will aim to get back on the winning track at New Orleans.
