Chicago got 20 points from Carlos Boozer and another 15 points from Joakim Noah. Ronnie Brewer contributed 6 assists, while Joakim Noah cleaned the glass with 16 rebounds.
The Bucks got a 25-point performance from Brandon Jennings, who was supported by 23 points from Drew Gooden. Drew Gooden had 6 assists in a losing cause for Milwaukee, while Drew Gooden grabbed 15 rebounds.
The Bulls hit the break leading 51-50 before taking care of business in the second half.
Chicago won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 50-43.
Next game, Chicago takes its act on the road to face Miami looking for another win. For Milwaukee, they head home to face Los Angeles.
