The Nuggets got a 26-point performance from Arron Afflalo, who was supported by 15 points from Nene Hilario. Ty Lawson had 10 assists in a losing cause for Denver, while Kenneth Faried grabbed 10 rebounds.
First-half bettors who backed Denver were victorious, as the score was 51-47 at the break.
The rebound battle favored Golden State as they grabbed 41 boards, while Denver only had 39.
