Golden State got 29 points from David Lee in a losing cause and another 21 points from Nate Robinson. Stephen Curry contributed 8 assists for the Warriors, while David Lee had 11 rebounds.
First-half bettors who backed Portland were victorious, as the score was 57-54 at the break.
Portland won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 41-39.
Next game, Portland takes its act home to face Los Angeles looking for another win. For Golden State, they head on the road to face Oklahoma City.
