New Jersey was run off the court by the Heat on Tuesday as Miami blasted the Nets 108-78 at AmericanAirlines Arena.
The Heat were a 14-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score dipped UNDER the total, which closed at 197.5.
Miami got 21 points from LeBron James and another 20 points from Chris Bosh. Mario Chalmers contributed 7 assists, while LeBron James cleaned the glass with 9 rebounds.
The Nets got a 16-point performance from Deron Williams, who was supported by 12 points from MarShon Brooks. Deron Williams had 4 assists in a losing cause for New Jersey, while Johan Petro grabbed 8 rebounds.
Miami led at halftime, 64-37.
Miami won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 43-29.
Next game, Miami takes its act home to face Atlanta looking for another win. For New Jersey, they head home to face Los Angeles.
