Recap - Thunder Defeat Milwaukee 109-89

The battle between the Thunder and Bucks didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Milwaukee was handed a 109-89 defeat on Monday at Bradley Center.

The Thunder were a 3-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score dipped UNDER the total, which closed at 213.5.

Oklahoma City got 26 points from Russell Westbrook and another 19 points from Kevin Durant. Kevin Durant contributed 8 assists, while Russell Westbrook cleaned the glass with 7 rebounds.

Milwaukee got 18 points from Ersan Ilyasova in a losing cause and another 14 points from Drew Gooden. Monta Ellis contributed 7 assists for the Bucks, while Carlos Delfino had 7 rebounds.

Oklahoma City led at halftime, 61-47.

Oklahoma City won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 44-35.

Oklahoma City looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Clippers. The Bucks will aim to get back on the winning track vs New York.
