Tyreke Evans had 15 points for Sacramento and Isaiah Thomas chipped in with 15 points. Aaron Brooks had 4 assists for the Kings, while DeMarcus Cousins was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 11 boards.
The Pistons got a 21-point performance from Brandon Knight, who was supported by 21 points from Greg Monroe. Greg Monroe had 11 assists in a losing cause for Detroit, while Greg Monroe grabbed 12 rebounds.
Sacramento led at halftime, 55-46.
Sacramento won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 42-33.
Next game, Sacramento takes its act home to face San Antonio looking for another win. For Detroit, they head on the road to face Oklahoma City.
