The Spurs earned a straight-up victory but suffered an ATS defeat in failing to cover the 13-point spread. Over-Under bettors who played UNDER the total of 195.5 were rewarded with a winning wager.
San Antonio got 15 points from Tim Duncan and another 13 points from Manu Ginobili. Manu Ginobili contributed 7 assists, while Tim Duncan cleaned the glass with 10 rebounds.
New Orleans got 18 points from Anthony Davis in a losing cause and another 14 points from Greivis Vasquez. Greivis Vasquez contributed 4 assists for the Hornets, while Anthony Davis had 11 rebounds.
San Antonio led at halftime, 54-42.
New Orleans won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 44-36.
Next game, San Antonio takes its act home to face Dallas looking for another win. For New Orleans, they head home to face Indiana.
