Cleveland got 16 points from C.J. Miles and another 15 points from Kyrie Irving. Kyrie Irving contributed 4 assists, while Tristan Thompson cleaned the glass with 14 rebounds.
Milwaukee got 37 points from Monta Ellis in a losing cause and another 9 points from Marquis Daniels. Luc Richard Mbah a Moute contributed 4 assists for the Bucks, while Larry Sanders had 12 rebounds.
The Cavaliers hit the break leading 46-37 before taking care of business in the second half.
Cleveland had a 48-41 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
Next game, Cleveland takes its act on the road to face Washington looking for another win. For Milwaukee, they head home to face Brooklyn.
