Boston got 14 points from Kevin Garnett and another 14 points from Rajon Rondo. Rajon Rondo contributed 10 assists, while Rajon Rondo cleaned the glass with 11 rebounds.
Atlanta got 28 points from Lou Williams in a losing cause and another 17 points from Jeff Teague. Josh Smith contributed 5 assists for the Hawks, while Josh Smith had 10 rebounds.
Boston trailed at halftime, 53-38.
Boston had a 44-36 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
