Monta Ellis poured in 34 points for Milwaukee on Monday, as they defeated Utah 109-108 at Bradley Center.
The Bucks earned a straight-up victory but suffered an ATS defeat in failing to cover the 4.5-point spread. Over-Under bettors who played OVER the total of 200.5 were rewarded with a winning wager.
Milwaukee got 20 points from Brandon Jennings and another 17 points from J.J. Redick. Brandon Jennings contributed 17 assists, while Larry Sanders cleaned the glass with 16 rebounds.
The Jazz got a 23-point performance from Derrick Favors, who was supported by 22 points from Paul Millsap. Gordon Hayward had 5 assists in a losing cause for Utah, while Derrick Favors grabbed 15 rebounds.
The Bucks hit the break trailing 48-45 before taking care of business in the second half.
The rebound battle favored Utah as they grabbed 59 boards, while Milwaukee only had 42.
Milwaukee looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Clippers. The Jazz will aim to get back on the winning track at Cleveland.
