Dwayne Collins was a perfect 8-for-8 from the field with 22 points as the Miami Hurricanes blew past the Tulane Green Wave 74-54 Thursday afternoon in the first-round of the Charleston Classic.
Adrian Thomas added 12 points in the win for Miami, who managed to cover the 10.5-point spread.
Kris Richard led Tulane with 13 points off 5-for-10 shooting.
