Illinois upsets Clemson

Mike Davis went for 22 points and 10 rebounds to lift Illinois past No. 18 Clemson 76-74 in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge on Wednesday night.

Illinois cashed as 5.5-point road underdogs, while the teams played OVER the 142.5-point total listed by oddsmakers.

Brandon Paul scored 20 points for the Fighting Illini, who got 14 points from D.J. Richardson in the payday.

Demontez Stitt netted 15 points for Clemson, while Trevor Booker added 12 points and nine boards for the Tigers.
