Charlotte covered as a 16.5-point road underdog while the final score played OVER the 142.5-point total.
The 49ers upset was fueled by Chris Braswell's 21 points and Derrio Green's 20 points.
The Cardinals were led by sophomore center Samardo Samuels, who scored 14 points in the loss.
