The Kansas State Wildcats raced out to a 17 point lead and went on to defeat the Washington State Cougars 86-69 Saturday night.
Denis Clemente led the way with 21 points from 8-for-16 shooting for Kansas State, who covered the 9.5-point spread.
Jacob Pullen also added 21 points in the win. Klay Thompson tossed in a game-high 22 points in the loss for Washington State.
