Tennessee cruises past Middle Tennessee

The ninth-ranked Tennessee Volunteers pulled away in the second half to earn a convincing 75-54 victory over the Middle Tennessee State Blue Raiders Friday.

Tennessee covered the 20.5-point spread, while the teams played UNDER the posted total of 146.5.

J.P. Prince led the way with 17 points for Tennessee, and Bobby Maze chipped in with 12 in the win.

Desmond Yates netted a game-high 26 points in the loss for Middle Tennessee State.
