James Anderson collected a game-high 28 points and the Oklahoma State Cowboys held on for a thrilling 71-70 victory over the Stanford Cardinal Wednesday night.
Oklahoma State won the game as a 2.5-point underdog, while the 141 points went UNDER the posted total of 144.5.
Obi Muonelo added 20 points in the win for Oklahoma State. Landry Fields netted 22 points in the loss for Stanford.
