Patrick Patterson scored 21 points, including nine during a decisive second-half run, and the Kentucky Wildcats beat the Austin Peay Governors 90-69 on Saturday.

The Wildcats just missed covering the 22.5-point spread, while the final score played OVER the day's posted total of 140.5.

John Wall added 17 points and six assists while DeMarcus Cousins had 19 points and eight rebounds for the Wildcats.

Wesley Channels led the Govs with 21 points.
