Cole Aldrich netted a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds for Kansas, and Sherron Collins collected a team-high 17 points in the win.
Jamal Boykin dropped 15 points and grabbed 15 rebounds for a double-double, and Patrick Christopher netted 17 points in the loss.
