Samuels, Louisville overpowers Louisiana-Lafayette

Samardo Samuels poured in 29 points and grabbed 15 rebounds to lead Louisville past Louisiana-Lafayette 84-69 on Wednesday night.

Louisville failed to cover as 19.5-point home favorites, while the game played OVER the 151-point total listed by oddsmakers.

Kyle Kuric dropped in 13 points and hauled down seven boards for the Cardinals, who got 11 points from Preston Knowles in the win.

Chris Gradnigo had 23 points and six rebounds for LA-Lafayette, while Randell Daigle added 21 points for the Ragin' Cajuns.
