Northwestern covered the slight 1-point spread, while the 141 points made it OVER the posted total of 134.5.
Jeremy Nash led Northwestern with 22 points and four rebounds, while John Shurma added 19 in the win.
D.J. Richardson had 17 points with five rebounds and four assists for Illinois.
