The UTEP Miners held a 14 point lead at halftime Wednesday, and went on to defeat the Tulane Green Wave 84-71.
UTEP could not cover the 17-point spread, while the 155 points sailed OVER the posted total of 133.
Jeremy Williams and Christian Polk netted 21 points apiece for UTEP, while Randy Culpepper added 14 in the win.
Kris Richard collected 18 points in the loss for Tulane.
