Jamal Boykin dropped 25 points with 10 rebounds for a double-double in lifting the California Golden Bears to a 78-70 win over the Arizona State Sun Devils Thursday night.
California won the game as 3-point underdogs, while the 148 points sailed OVER the posted total of 136.
Jerome Randle also had 25 points for California, and Patrick Christopher added 21 in the victory.
Eric Boateng netted 19 points with 13 rebounds for a double-double in the loss for Arizona State.
