Missouri covered as a 4.5-point road favorite while the final score played OVER the 149.5-point total.
The Tigers got a big game from Marcus Denmon, who scored 22 points. Kim English added 21 points in the win.
The Buffaloes were led by Alec Burks' 27 points. Cory Higgins chipped in with 15 points.
