UTEP covered the 6-point spread, while the 132 points went UNDER the posted total of 133.5.
Arnett Moultrie had a double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds, while Jeremy Williams added 15 points in the win.
Jerome Jordan collected 20 points in a losing cause for Tulsa.
