Seton Hall fends off Notre Dame

Despite getting outscored in the second half, the Seton Hall Pirates held on for a 90-87 victory over the Notre Dame Fighting Irish Thursday night.

Seton Hall failed to cover the 5-point spread, while the 177 points sailed OVER the posted total of 158.

Jeremy Hazell poured in a game-high 35 points to power Seton Hall, and Jeff Robinson added 14 in the win.

Tory Jackson drained 9-for-12 from the field with 25 points for Notre Dame in the loss.
